Hiya! I’m Lulu, a passionate photographer and bookworm. On my little blog, I combine my love of photography, books and writing into book reviews. As a child, you could either find me with my nose in a book or writing up an elaborate adventure for my favourite toys.

Today, you can often find me curled up with a good book in hand and my family dog close by. I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of escapism reading can give you, allowing you to step into a world that is unlike your own. So, after many attempts at starting a blog, I finally decided to take the plunge and create this latest project: Lulu’s Little Bookshelf.

This is a place for me to share my favourite reads and pick up some new books along the way. I tend to read a lot of contemporary fiction, and I do enjoy a good nail-biting thriller, murder mystery or well-loved classic too.
